We did notice a crisp noise at first even after an initial fluffing in the dryer

But it had both feathers and down and was ridiculously heavy with feathers poking out and was channel rather than waffle so the feathers dont stay evenly distributed

It is lightweight but warm when it needs to be waffle sewn in small squares so down stays even and it is fully down no feathers plus the material is high threadcount and would not allow any down to get through to the outside
