As others have mentioned though there is zero builtin support so recommend a nursing bra or one of the other suiek styles if you want to venture out

Some reviewers talk about them being low cut and they are but i wear them layered under other clothing so they wont be revealing if you choose for them not to be

I would have preferred a more elastane product these come slightly thick and doesn’t fit ‘invisibly’ under other t shirts

If you are looking for a bra combo i wouldn’t recommend this shirt for that it doesn’t offer a lot of support
