The two fluorescent light bulbs it comes with are extremely bright yet amazingly energy efficient and will fully illuminate what needs to be visible on your camera

And i could tell even before screwing it up to the base because as soon as you shake it you can hear a rattle sound

If the manufacturer is listening i would have preferred longer cords say 8 foot cords instead of the current cord length
