Pros

Installation normally calls for attaching the bar directly to the ceiling studs. Took maybe 40 mins to install with a predrill and cresent wrench.

This bar is ridiculously stable. Seems sturdy enough. Not an unnecessarily heavy bar stock. This is super sturdy.

The chords creak a little when i jump onto the pull up bar, but feels solid. My ceiling is 8ft so i have to pick up my legs slightly to do pull ups but that is to be expected and not any inconvenience. The 2 height setting is very handy.

With proper lag bolts it's really solid. The product is great but why wouldnt they spen just a little more for good lag bolts? Bolts are fine, pre drill and ran them in with my mikita hammer gun. The lag bolts that came with it are heavy duty as well.... Read More

The price point is fantastic. Living in columbus, ohio, the rogue headquarters is here so it would have been easy to get a rogue bar. The owner supplies his email in the package and responded immediately. Great product/quality for a reasonable price.

Cons

The stickers are obnoxious and difficult to remove. The worst part is the screws say 8. This is a product which, if you don't install it properly, could result in serious injury.

The holes are simply drilled off center. He claims it's ensuring that his brackets are parallel.

For sizing reference i ordered the medium bar to install on an 8ft ceiling

I use this mostly to hang my gymnastics rings off of and do some shoulder mobility exercises different types of hangs

I’m 220 lbs plus i do most of my pullups weighted and this doesn’t move

Able to hold at least 250lbs without feeling any wobble
