These are solidly built and stand up well over time. They work like a champ. Use it for starting ivs on infants and children.

The light is bright enough to illuminate my finger. The led's are bright and they include a filter type end to control the amount of light put out.

Red led bulb version used for hgn tests. Uv bulb used for dre exams in the darkroom portion. This light cranks out more lux than any other pen light.
