Pros & Cons

Pros

While the buckle/warp is noticeable, it is not an impediment to having fun. Both sides are almost identical, and good cold press texture.

Haven't used it to scrub or re-work dried paint, so can't comment on that. They're easy for learning with, theres little pressure from the paper it's self to make a masterpiece.

Cons

This strathmore paper just falls apart! They are not in a pad they are merely stacked. This paper also starts warping and buckling with the smallest amount of water. Tends to buckles after a few washes defeating the use of watercolor paper.

Strathmore paper is not suitable unless your a right out of the * beginner. It is now essentially useless.

It’s just terrible and frustrating. Very misleading. It makes me wonder if this is a scam.

Usually the quality of strathmore is unquestionable but this is one is i guess very poor. Will be contacting the company to see if maybe i was sent a bad batch.

This is the roughest watercolor paper i have ever used. The new paper has a sheen and no texture.
