Pros
I find them comfortable - but rigid enough to keep my nostrils open. They are so much cheaper and quicker to use. Made from plastic so are easily cleaned to keep them hygienic.

Cons
The lining of your nose is very delicate, think carefully before buying these. There are reviews for x- small but when i contacted the company they don't sell x-small.

It goes in okay but it does make my nose a little soretender the next morning as it’s stretching the nostril

Got the pack of 3 to fit right ones only small fitted comfortably then lost it so now stuck with none as other 2 are massive and hurt nostrils
