Pros

The 15 rubber plugs are super soft and squishy as well as pre-coated with a lubricant. Takes a good amount of grip (holding the insert tool) and twisting (hand turning the allen wrench) i see comments from others saying they can't get the mushroom plu...  Read More

Have patched 3 rear tires (michelin 180/65 x 16) on my goldwing. After patching, ran them thousands of more miles until the tire was worn out.

Followed the instructions religiously. Recommend watching the videos as a tutorial. Works well with a cautionary note below.

This is awesome so far it has replaced. These are fantastic.

High quality set of tools that will last a lifetime. As a person who commutes long distances, i keep a set in all of my personal vehicles. This is a vital tool for this kit, but none come with it.

Cons

Did not come with the allen head wrench

We first tried to plug it with the standard repair kit with the tar cords but after one day it blew out

Price

Probably saved me the cost of the kit by doing it myself in my driveway

Competitiveness

5 months and several hundred miles now with no psi drop but still carry this kit as well as a small 18v compressor with me

Add pliars air pump and a tiny bottle of soapwater to your kitthe kit worked great and i feel more confident having this in my bag

Patched and inflated in less than 5minutes

So seeing how well a plug holds up and probably replace the tire well before its worn out but at least get more than 300miles out of it
