    Technically although the st009 is both an ap and ip cam or least it should be if it had the right working app to make it so

    The camera did show that it sending and ap signal and clearly it was acting like any good point to point camera should

    But the camera would not connect to its app or any other camera app that i have and am using

    After all this i switched over the ip mode this was as simple as going to my cell phone finding the short range wifi signal that the camera was emitting and logging into it

    The blue ap light went off and the red ip light started blinking indicating that the camera knew to switch over
