Pros & Cons

The AI used to provide these results are constantly improving. These results might change.

Pros

Stevia in the raw has a filler - maltodextrin. White powdery substance, able to use in cooking and baking. No bitter aftertaste.

Stevia in the raw is hands-down the best option for non-sugar sweetener, just 2 ingredients and best flavor i've found. I love stevia and leverage it more than any other sweetener.

Cons

The main ingredient is maltodextrin. It has the chemicals maltodexrin and dextrose which have been proven bad for your health.

Stevia in the raw is not stevia. It tastes like mild styrofoam with a hint of stevia. I got this expecting something akin to truvia or splenda.

Maltodextrin is starch & it's more dangerous than eating table sugar. It contains maltodextrin so it can spike blood sugar.

Stevia adds absolutely no sweetness to my tea. It's ten times worse than processed sugar. If it is so much sweeter than sugar, it just means we need to use less of it.
