Pros

Cut well but tended to load up with shavings. Super sharp cutting clean holes easily. Makes nice clean cuts just make sure you have a drill press with some muscle.

Will likely purchase a couple more of the oversized forstners. No issues at all. This bit lasts. Shipped fast and arrived early.

Cons

The center spur is so big it creates a 1/4” wide and 3/16” divot or cavity at the bottom of the hole. Not concentric, wobbled in drill press.

The the sharpened edges on this bit look like they were put into a rock tumbler. First 3 uses it was fine, after the 3rd use, the drill quit producing shavings and started producing saw dust. After cutting down 1/8, the cutting edge was visibly pitted... Read More
