Adjustable armrests are my favorite feature of this chair. There is a knob with four settings that alters the way that the seatback reclines. The height and angle of it can be adjusted.

After a while it feels like they have cut off circulation. They are so uncomfortable. Overall, i would never buy it simply because i have to sit in it 8+ hours a day and it *.
Being a taller person, my shoulder blades grind against this bar any time i adjust. The lumbar support is just a piece of hard plastic which is very close to the (unpadded) mesh back so it digs into your lower back.
When you lean back, the chair back still flexes backward. The backrest of this chair has approximately 5 degrees where there is absolutely no support whatsoever. The top of the chair is also just hard plastic with no padding so it pushes against your ... Read More

The seat does not rock up and down

When leaning back it pushes up on the seat so balancing weight instead of springs which i have found wear out

Unlike the freedom chair steelcase adds a tilt limiter setting maximum tilt at a reasonable stop with various options different from the common tilt lock which holds the chair tilted back though at any angle with the limiter it still goes back and forth from the limit
