Pros

The herman miller aeron is a well-known brand and chair, so i expected it to be fine. I'm very pleased and it's worth it now that i am working at home.

Best to have two people to lift out of the box. Came fully assembled.

The fabric of the chair is not very breathable also. I don't know if this chair needs time to break in, or what amazon is selling is different from what steelcase is selling to businesses.

The seat angle cannot be adjusted upward. The armrests slide outward to the slightest touch. The arms have a rubbery texture and little padding, which has given me a painful red spot on my elbow from pivoting my arm to grab my mouse while resting it o... Read More

The seat does not recline with the back. You need to be able to lock the back solidly to give some support. Reclining is just not possible in this chair.

There is no contoured surface that support the shape of your back. It protrudes way too far forward. This chair is worse for my back than most cheapo unergonomic chairs.

The downward-sloping seat in combination with insufficient tension for someone of my size. My coccyx bone is already numb, and my day is shot. Sometimes it ranges from noticeably uncomfortable to downright painful.

This was a huge upgrade from my old staples office chair for 200 dollars

Well worth the money and this chair has brought my back into its best position

I bought a cheap 150 office chair at the time and suffered through the discomfort and back problems that came with it

Normally a bargain shopper myself i do believe this is one product that you get what you pay for

Came fully assembled and was delivered to my front door in 3 days after the order

It was delivered quickly and professionally and it really was fully assembled and new

I bought the blackblack version with prime shipping so sold and stocked by amazon

I could see on the box it was shipped to amazon from steelcase a few weeks before i bought it

The leap chair arrived fully assembled the packaging was actually quite impressive

And the packaging protects well against shipping damage and is all cardboard recyclable and plastic sheet cover

The chair arrives in its box fully assembled and you have to be there to receive it

The chair i received was brand new in a steelcase box with all the original packaging and labels
