Pros

The steelcase chair is fantastic. It was delivered fully assembled. All of the major chair components have a 12 year warranty.

The lumbar option is super easy to adjust. The adjustable arms allow me to get right up under my desk. All the adjustable options make this the perfect chair for shorter people.

For $650. In my office it's held up over 4 years of occasional use. It is worth every penny. There's definitely a reason it's so hard to find refurbished ones on sale!

Cons

Big letdown from an otherwise very good chair. The fabric is so slippery that you basically slip out of the chair if sit more towards its front. This chair is so uncomfortable!
