Pros

With two dogs and being active young adults with messy jobs our floors take a beating but this mop can handle it all. The best part is that it gets my tile amazingly clean.

The attached pad helps the mop move and glide nicely over the bathroom floor. This is the first new steamer we bought. Only con is that the body creaks a bit and break, if applying too much pressure.

Cons

If you're cleaning floors in one room and the outlet you plugged into is on the other side of the room, you're *. Their phone system does not have a live person, it is just an automated recording telling you to press zero twice.

Followed all the troubleshooting techniques but found no solution for the problem. Melted the attachments. There was no physical way to push it down into its slot without breaking it.

I had another name brand steam mop a few years ago that was quite lackluster

I also wish the mop was interchangeable with their other wider mop style
