Pros
This respirator filters out most of the woodworking dust. It also protects the wearer from the sawdust in the container it collects. One complaint is that replacement cartridges are difficult to find on amazon.
This stealth mask/respirator is high quality and a great bargain. I love how the design is so compact. I like the fact that it doesn't have weird clips for quick releasing the mask.
It fit snuggly, but comfortably on my face. The mask is lightweight and the top strap can be placed in a comfortable place on top or the back of your head.
Cons
There is a horrible plastic smell which is overpowering when wearing it over your face. It fogs up my goggles, so i know air is escaping around the nose. I have a really difficult time imagining that this would meet work or osha requirements.
Product was advertised as a half mask respirator with filters. Misleading advertising. I really cannot vouch for the efficacy of these filters. Definitely not for a workplace.

I bought the red one but got a green there is a disclaimer though that it might not be the color you want so i guess i cant really complain too much on that one

Stealth sells cartridges at a higher price and has a subscription service on their website which i may not reference though i do not use mine enough to require a monthly cartridge replacement

It barely fogs up glasses as well if you are using them

Cons would be that after a while it can start to hurt your face because it does use a rubber material to create that seal onto your face
