I recommend getting someone to help hold the top and bottom of the spinner while another person puts their hands on either side of the center and slowly turn and separate the metal fins

They work best in a gentle breeze in a strong wind they move around a lot and dont really shimmer well

Be sure to hang these to where they get the sun especially morning or afternoon sun to where the sun shines on them almost directly on
