This is for a guest bathroom so it doesn't get much use, but before using this product the shower curtain rod fell even without anyone using it.

This product should be sold with glue or some type of adhesive.

For the price i paid and the stay-put title, the product should be repackaged to include glue.

Since i added a linen shower liner, it adds more weight to the rod; but this product is helping out considerably well compared to the shower rod that i end up having to replace over and over again because it's a set once and never again (since i buy it from menards, i'm too lazy to look up the item and leave a one star; lol).

They are still keeping the rod up on those glassy tiles, after a year has passed; i used strong duct tape on the curtain rod (at the join of the two tubes,) so the rod cannot shrink even a tenth of an inch; everything is white, (matches the tiles); it's true that these footers do not have suction cups like octopus, but we got a new rod with a strong tension spring; we got a kick out of doing this fix; if it falls down, there is silicone glue.

Our tile is uneven/ bumpy and the rod would not adhere properly.

My application was on drywall, and i haven't had any issues with the rod, liner, and curtain failing to stay up.
