Pros
This product is amazing. It's crazy to think i could be so happy with such a small purchase. The quality of all of the materials is top notch. Would recommend this product.
Misshapen suction cup is soft, flexible, attaches easily and securely to the bulb. The suction is amazingly tight and secure while both removing the bulb and replacing it.
Worked like a charm. Works better right out of the box. It works beautifully!
The pole itself extends fluidly.
This stauber lightbulb changer is great. First to remove the old outdoor floodlight. Now all the high ceiling lights are all led. Saving energy and much better lighting conditions.
Cons
The suction on this thing is not great. You have to try and push the suction cup so hard that the ceiling fan housing is jarred significantly and then it still doesn't get suction. But was useless for led par 30.

Yes make sure that you clean the lightbulb with the attached cleaning cloth first
It took me all of 10 minutes to dust off the old bulb and replace it with the new one

Some of the bulbs had lite coating of dust or dirt on them and i had a little problem with the suction cup

Since receiving it i have replaced br20 incandescent bulbs with br20 led bulbs and br40 incandescent bulbs with br40 led bulbs

I have some very high ceilings in my house to the extent that people have often jokingly commented about how hard it must be to change the lights

When a led bulb that says it will last for years burns out just before company shows up leaving a dark area its either 1 haul the ladder in from the garage or 2 tell your wife to live with it until you have time to do this or 3 use this little beauty on the end of a broom handle to replace the bulb in a few minutes

After attempting to remove a tightly screwed incandescent floodlight 30ft up using a baskettype bulb changer i gave up and purchased the green stauber bulb changer
