I do like the fact that this is a very wellmade chair and that the lumbar and shoulder pads are adjustable
If i have to sit on a pillow then obviously this chair is wrong for me
The armrests they are not adjustable and are positioned higher than other office chairs ive used thus creating tension in my shoulders when typing no matter how low or high i have the chair height set
