I bought this product to use with a new laptop which like most new computers did not come equipped with a serial port

I would have given it 5 stars if it werent for the following relatively minor issues1 the drivers are on a 3 cd so you will need to have access to a computer that will read the smaller disk and if necessary copy it to a usb thumb drive

It must be done using device manager and the choose driver location option
