Works lke a charm to prepare your home-made sauces and jams. Used this to turn bags of tomatoes that had been blanched and frozen whole.

I have peeled and chopped apples to make applesauce every year until this year when i came across this product
I used the disc with the smallest holes and it removed all of the seeds
No difference in thickness and i know the old one was quality back in the day

Just remove the stem and the blossom quarter the apples and when cooked to the desired amount use the mille to extract all the goodness leaving the peels seeds etc behind

Added raspberries to the apples skins and seeds did not go through into the sauce

Im not counting on it lasting longterm and i wouldnt use it for big jobs i also wouldnt pay more than the 20 taxes in i paid for it
