Its easy to use and i only did one side of my teeth and after just one use i could see a difference in my teeth
I used the polish right after brushing and it gave my teeth that squeaky clean feeling that i normally only feel the afternoon after my dental cleaning
Im not really sure if it whitened my teeth as my teeth are not particularly stained and i did visit the dentist in the last week
This is a great product to polish your teeth in between visits especially if you dont get in there often enough
