Pros

Between this and the spacer * to keep 1/4 spacing between the boards, our new decking looks fantastic! I also suggest you have pilot holes already drilled in the warped board to make it easier to drive the deck screws in.

This is far better than the boxed hollow steel ones advertised. There are better ones out on the market, with heftier prices, but this one suffices for the short-term use.

Worth every penny. Works great. Can't live without it. Flew with it. It flew faster.

My nickname for this is the persuader. Whatever you want to call it, it gets the job done! Definitely recommend this tool.

Cons

The pivot point is so weak any decent amount of pressure bends the metal. Some boards got damaged by the sharp corners of this tool.

Competitiveness

I would recommend this to any other diyer

Works well with 2x6 decking and very durable

There are better ones out on the market with heftier prices but this one suffices for the shortterm use
