Pros

The open/close hole in the lid is handy. The opening is small and makes it easy to sip without paying a lot of attention. The only think i dislike is the thickness at the lip edge.

Great thermo cup for hot or cold drinks. Just the right size for my home espresso machine. The mugs fit perfectly in the dashboard cup holders.

Cons

Lids are not leak proof, they are leaky, unless you try to take a drink with the lid on. Its says double wall insulated mug, but this mug is has very thin walls. Don't plan on it insulating your beverage for more than a half hour.

In my opinon this is total false advertising. The website on the card takes you to a spoofed fb messenger login. It's impossible to register for the warranty.
