Fits nonhydroflask bottles fine but obviously isnt made for that so expect some escape air

It keeps hot stuff hot but note that the lid gets hot as well this is unavoidable since its made of steel

That being said one star is deducted for the design of the rubber gasket as your hot beverage cools it tends to cause a vacuum inside the bottle this causes the oring inside to warp and come off when opening the bottle its a minor inconvenience having to shove it back in but if you dont have a plastic knife or some kind of implement to press it back down youll find that you wont be able to close your bottle with a proper seal which sort of defeats the purpose

You can also sell absurdly overpriced replacement caps that tear up within weeks of getting them
