Pros

Customer service (specifically marc) is very responsive and speedy, too. Been sending my toddler to school with this brklyn bento for over a year. Would order another product from them again.

Full sandwich, chips, fruit and veggie. Top area is perfect for a napkin or utensil. I like to put rice in the botton section (japanese rice) with maybe a few pickles and then a stirfry dish in the next layer.

It cleans so easily that he is happy to wash it himself. Every section seals perfectly. There has never been a leak. They look leak proof & easy to clean.

Only thing i see failing first are the metal side clips since those look to be the thinnest pieces of metal that have been tack welded or some sort of strong adhesive used. It's durable stainless steel with multiple parts.

What an absolutely gorgeous bento box by bklyn bento. They are really well made and feel solid. Good quality and very comfortable to use.

Cons

The clip is glued to box. It is nowhere as durable as the original tiffin containers used in india. The warranty process is frustrating and indicates that if the product is not registered within 30 days then they will not honor the warranty.
