Pros & Cons
Pros
Solidly boxed and individually wrapped. Easier to open than others, seems a bit softer and thinner. Packaging is like most suet cakes and is fine.
Quality also seems to last longer and disintegrates more slowly. I seem to be replacing more often than the store bought ones. Will continue to monitor.
Cons
Low quality soft greasy mess at 65 degrees. Had to discard it. It also turns white and mushy after it rains.
Only birds who go to this suet are the ones that lose the battle for perches on the seed feeders. As a result, it goes in the suet feeder bare, and easily crumbles.

I have found that in our yard here in nj suburbs of philadelphia that the berry flavored suet cakes are eaten up much faster than the others in the case even by the woodpeckers
