The included molding instructions are pretty clear and molding is easy. If you follow their instructions exactly, it molds perfectly. Just be sure to run it under cold water each time it has been molded.

Cons

The material is thick and very uncomfortable. It has to be cut before molding which is problematic since it shrinks in molding. It's too big, too tight, and saliva still leaks i to the tray making me drool in my sleep.
