Cinnamon has a wonderful aroma and flavour. Tastes like the cinnamon we are used to in north america, but milder in flavour.
Cassia cinnamon has negative health side effects when consumed frequently. Ceylon cinnamon doesn't, but it's very nice all the same and much healthier for you.
Cons
This product has no real flavour. No cinnamon spicy zip, just a sickening floral essence to it. I find this cinnamon to be lighter in color and does not have a very cinnamony taste.

Competitiveness
It is the best you can buy it is better than the saigon one as far as the flavour is concerned
Either way ill buy this again as it is way more economical than available alternatives and the taste is exactly what i am looking for
There are better products even if they cost more
So after researching ceylon vs cassia cinnamon i learned ceylon cinnamon is farrrr healthier than cassia cinnamon

I have to say if you’re looking for a cinnamon flavour in recipes this won’t provide that because it honestly tastes nothing like cinnamon

But it’s not your classic cinnamon flavour which i do miss and so i will probably order the regular cinnamon from this company for times that i do want a real cinnamon flavour
