Pros
Splendor is 2 or more and you can download automa to play solo. The game plays slightly differently with different player counts, which is a bonus to me.
The cards are heavy duty, and the chips are hefty. Because you shuffle the cards, it is infinitely replay-able. The card artwork is nice and the tokens are sturdy.
This game is perfection, it's such an easy game to learn and play. It is highly re-playable and pretty easy to learn. Splendor is also a great game to start a player new to gaming with.
Splendor was recommended by friends and turned out to be a great fit for my wife and me. This fits the bill perfectly! Also, the insert is actually useful!
It's what i am giving my youngest son and family for christmas. We play to 21 because 15 you feel like your finally getting in a good rhythm. The best part is that the older kids, teens and adults all enjoyed it.
Cons
Especially gem tokens are garbage. Chips feel like a cheap 3d printer made them. If they have metal in them then it is tin foil.

The pieces are sturdy and well made
Noble squares are good build quality cardboard with good quality print
It seemed impossible and frustrating to accumulate the jewels or cards you needed
Our game shelf is already overflowing and this one just feels like its large for no reason at all
