When the screw that holds the mount in place broke they company was very quick to respond and send me a new one

Unfortunately i cant use the ac vent mount because of the design of my vehicle and weight of my phone but it could be handy for others

I have found that if i return to my car that has been sitting in the heat the suction cup doesnt work well until the dash cools down

I decided my vents were too flexible and my phone blocked too much air my windshield was too far away for easy reach

Now i am finding other places side of file cabinet equipment rack where it is convenient to use the other mounts

Wish i could buy the popsocket side of the mount seperately or choose other phone interfaces like magnet metal plate spring grip with the ball socket
