It is a great book and had me in thrall with the writing and the storyline from beginning to end
I will say i love dogs and i love people who are socially marginalized
The book is staged in four main sections aligning with the title
It would have been unrealistic given their sad history so at the end im left feeling as though ive been punched with the tragedy of it all
