Pros

This is/was the best minced garlic i've tried so far. I highly recommend this if you want minced garlic handy in your fridge at all times. The citric acid is the naturally occurring substance that helps give citrus fruits their flavor.

Combine ingredients for sauce and pour over chicken to marinate, preferably overnight. It cuts down the prep time drastically without sacrificing flavor or quality.
