Pros

Bought these for plantar fasciitis. Recommended to me by my podiatrist. Combined with the factory insole it actually makes converse bearable to wear for more than 5 minutes.

The soft padded top never seems to wear out or tear.

Cons

This product has no arch support whatsoever! They are hard as a rock. But they are not as comfortable and do not relieve much pain. They seem only approriate for athletic footwear. They're too big for all my other shoes.

Best fit good arch support lasts a long time

Start out slow using it for only 2hrs and gradually condition yourself foot to it or your foot will hurt

Im on my feet for hours a day and my falling arches were giving me terrible foot pain

Price

Every podiatrist ive seen 4 wanted me to buy the 500 inserts my insurance wont pay for

Time will tell if i need to spend the for that

But the relief these give you is priceless
