Great quality and comfort. But these are much larger than previous. The photo shows they are longer and wider.
Immediately relieved my aching feet and getter better day by day. Great for my high arches and plantar fascitis. But if you have flat feet or poor arch support these are worth a try.
Cons
The length of the insole is too long, which makes the arch in the wrong spot. They drift in your shoe and are terribly uncomfortable. They can't be trimmed narrower.

So noisy i stopped using them and went to vionic slim inserts which are perfect
I finally started having issues after 40 years of pounding concrete at a factory
Price
Don’t spend hundreds of dollars for big brand names
The cost was about twice what i paid for them on amazon
So these are a great option and a really good price point

Unlike the rx ones i didnt mind these in my shoes
