I use these insoles in two pairs of shoes that i wear exclusively to work. I remove the insole that comes with new shoes and put the flat spenco in. These are thin and can be placed on top or underneath the factory insole.

These are way too short. They aren't eligible for a refund, so it's just money down the drain. This vendor has a non-returnable policy. Buyer, beware, do not buy these.
