Pros

These are the only inserts that stopped my plantar fasciitis. I have an arch issue on my right foot which causes me to get some medial knee pain, with these inserts in my shoes that totally goes away.

They are excellent. They are very supportive. They're not cushiony but they do support the arch which is the primary goal for pf.

Cons

The floppy top of these insoles is insufficient support. The toe box part of the insert is too soft, allowing the foam to roll and bunch up. Heel much too thick for my shoes.

Came with no instructions. Said can mold/adjust but does not include any instructions how. Now i see that you can only return it if it’s defective. Very disappointed.

Work great and have provide support for high arches

This last pair i purchased didn’t even last two weeks before the squeaking began

After wearing these insoles for several weeks they begin to squeak when i walk which is awful and i have to replace them

They were an awesome price on here and they are amazing

Much easier and priced better than sporting good stores

I couldn’t afford the ones from a specialty shop and found these

For the price they should sell them for your shoe size

Gave it a four star because the two boxes that supports came in were completely smashed and destroyed but did no harm to arch supports
