Pros
It heats up in less than 30 seconds and holds water for 2 ironing sessions before needing a refill. It's lightweight and does require a few more passes than a better iron. The only down side is that the temperature dial is under the handle.
Cons
"wet inside and out, scratched, this just makes me mad. It also has terrible design you can’t see where is the water limit. The water container in this unit is not aluminum or stainless steel?
No box, no instructions. Basically this iron is not to be trusted! Not worth the money.
The power setting dial is in an awkward location. The dial for the temperature settings is very awkward as well.

I only gave this three stars for temperature control because the way this is designed with the control placed right where your hand goes when ironing you cant help but hit the control and moving it so you have to keep resetting it

I don’t know about longevity i have not had the iron very long but usually trust maytag products

However as the headline says the water tank is dark blue and you cannot see how much water is left or how much water you have added

I have to hold the iron up to a window to see how full it is

The other annoying aspect is that the the water tank must be held horizontally to add water however the fill line is placed so the tank must be vertical to determine if enough water has been added
