Pros
Unbelievabke durability, especially for such a low price. I love the candy shell grip, they seem to last longer than the presidio grip. The ridges on the side & back help from any slippage.
This is the second speck i have purchased. The cut out openings are perfect. I truly hope speck does not discontinue making this case.
Cons
The rubber nubs on the back are great but they don't last. The rubber rings around the speaker button, the power plug port and bottom speakers aren’t reinforced so eventually they just lose shape and split.
The entire case disintegrates with regular use within six months. I am not sure if i got a bad batch with brittle plastic or if it's a cheap clone. Do not recommend.
It fits my 8 plus, but i think it’s ridiculous to deliberately mislead customers in to thinking this is an 8 plus-specific case. I'm returning this because you can buy a better color that's an iphone 7/6/6s plus for $10-$15 less.

I drop my phone alot i have an iphone 8 plus i dont have money for insurance to cover 100 of damages and i cant get a new i phone i was very worried about getting a durable case i went to the verizon store the seller told me about a speck case

Soo after almost 2 years my speck case started falling apart the rubber backing was peeling off in some places and the plastic and rubber at the bottom where you charge your phone was breaking apart

The only thing that broke was i cracked my removable tempered glass screen cover from the dollar tree

The candy shell grip has a glossy look and a slick feel texture was slick like a plastic phone charger socket

The lines in the back feel like a rubber charger cord obviously not as thick as a charger cord
