Pros

It's more convenient and less messy than diffusers that use water. It's probably a healthier and certainly a more natural and customizable deodorizer when you put your own essential oils instead of those artificial and unlabeled ingredients. No mess.

I have this one plugged in next to my recliner in the basement. It works well in room (10'x12') with the door closed. I like that it can run on batteries at my desk or use the usb port.

The machine is quiet and discreet. The blue light lets you know it's running. The nightlight is bright but you can always put a little sticker on it or even paint it with black finger nail polish to mute the brightness.

Customer service probably blows just like their product. But this one is backwards from my old one. Not even close. Total junk and a waste of money.

Oil appears to be melting the rubber seal on the bottom. After the delay, i doubt it's defective.
