They are comparable to the monoprice dj 8323s, but are more comfortable and the highs are much cleaner/clearer/crisper. Most of the under $200 phones seem to boost the bass.

Cons

This is one of the most disgusting earphones i've ever heard. The sound quality changes due to dynamics. I have a set of very cheap sonys that gets far better sound.
