Highlights
Quality
The quality of these soy beans are better than others i’ve tried
Highest quality black soybeans i have ever used
I boiled 2 cups of dry beans in a pot of water on the stove for 5 minutes then let them soak with the lid on for 2 hours
Just be sure to use a little salt in the soaking solution in order to ensure prime quality of the skins
Price
We use to buy edens canned black soy beans but the price keeps going up so we switched to dries black soy beans
Competitiveness
I’ve been buying soymerica yellow beans for a couple years now so i wanted to give these a try
This is actually my second round of beans from soymerica
