Pros
This is a heavy, sturdy container, with a rack set that collapses to virtually nothing. With the lid, there was virtually no water loss for the cooking period. The rack keeps my bags from clumping or floating.
Cons
The hole to place the soud vide in is not large enough.

In that case you have to lay one steak flat on the grid and put a rock on top of it to keep it from floating
