Pros
Pycnogenol is a high quality antioxidant for skin, hair and nails. It has a dosage that is consistent with clinical studies, making it handy to use. My nails especially are so long and strong since taking it!
This product works very well with the l-arginine and maca root. I also stack it with huperzine a and they both work in synergy. Quality product at a reasonable price.
Cons
If done inadvertently, why leave consumer wondering? There is some body of evidence that it is a * anti oxidant. It is pretty expensive for the little you get and cannot really couch for noticeable changes in any blood work as a result. I nt feel any ... Read More
