I believe this units nonadjustable power level is above the united states federal governments rules for unlicensed operation

If you set the unit 4 spots away from a receivable station you will be golden

I gave this 4 stars because if i were to disconnect power to the unit without turning it off first the power needs to be turned on manually after plugging it back in

So if you have one of those timers or smart plugs this unit isnt for you unless you can be there to turn it back on when power comes on
