Traditional safety glasses would cause my ear muffs to stick out making it impossible to get a good seal.

Additionally, they do work with one of amazon's top selling ear muffs, the howard leight impact sport od electric earmuff.

In reality, i'll usually put on my glasses and if the ear muffs are too far away i'll let my laziness take over and not use them.

With these and the cleararmor 141001 hearing protector i have the perfection eye and ear protection at the firing range.

The only gotcha is you always have to wear the ear protection in order to wear the safety glasses.

Comparing them to my dewalt wrap around a which have a strap instead of arms, these aren't nearly as bulky.

The eye protection works ok and needs constant adjustment but the fact that it doesn't pinch your ears like regular safety glasses makes it fantastic.

I used to have to sacrifice eye protection because i could not use both sound and eye protection together due to the arms on the safety glasses or if i did use both it was extremely uncomfortable and not as effective due to the seal being broken.
