The left earphone is the master ear phone and will connect individually even if the the right one is still charging

Regarding the disadvantage i would say the transparent audio mode is not satisfying

My biggest issue with them is that when you have to push the buttons the buds are pushed into your ear

I did have to reach our to soul because i could not figure out how to turn on the transparency mode
