Although i'm thin, although i bought the xl size, the padding is so small, that the ischiatic bones get completely out. These shorts are totally ridiculous and useless. Padding seems to be to far forward.

Returned and refunded quickly by amazon and purchased an xl which fit perfectly

The padding lasts fully about a year on the carbon road bike and then it is only for shorter rides or use on the cyclocross bike which has a saddle with a little suspension then in the third year it become the mtb shorts because mtb has a saddle with medium suspension

I made that mistake so the 34bigger pair34 got binned as not fair to send back after a few rides
