Pros
Range le maquillage à la perfection. Works well only wish it had a spot for the beauty blender.
Drawers open easily and do not squeak when you open them. Only complaint is that when you put a palette in the drawer it takes up the entire space. Top & bottom pieces line up just fine.
The product holds a lot of things and is very sturdy. Mine currently holds what was in 3 small makeup bags and a basket, with room left for more. Good quality, many space to organize.
Cons
Every time i pull out the drawer, the noise gives me headache. It's like they didn't smoothen or sand the edges of each drawer. Most of the slots are too small to hold my makeup.

I did expect it to fit at least 4 or 5 of my fragrance mists but the spaceportion on the left only fit 3

Other than that 18 is a little more than what it should have been so if you are looking to organize bigger objects like perfume fragrance mists or even skincare in small containers then go to home sense michaels or some furniture store and get a bigger organizer from there but this isnt bad either

It is pretty standard snd identical to the picture but one thing i would say is the compartments where you can actually put in your makeup are at odd sizes width wise and height wise so you cant place a lot of mascarapencil sized items in this thing

However one of the felt pieces that line the bottom of the drawers had its corner torn like a bad cutting job
